Startrack audio card: ROPOCOP and ROBOCLOCK extensions

Ropocop

Ropocop was an expansion that could be placed in an Isa bus of the Hades060.
It enabled the connection of up to 3 ROMPORT modules at the same time.
Which of this was activated was able to use a small software utility
set become.
You could then connect software-dongles or additional extensions at the same time.

Many professional audio software was protected with these modules, so that you were often forced to change these modules if you wanted to start other audio software.
Due to the switching via software, this was no longer necessary. A simple click was enough to switch between the modules.

Roboclock

RoboClock was a module that is connected to the DSP port. It is a frequency synthesizer who could generate any frequencies in a defined frequency range. This made it possible to sample the audio card starting track at any speed, in an area of 8kHz up to 96kHz samplerates.

This module remained a prototype, but was fully functional and was also supported by the starting track software.
